Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 10

  • 5 cups white cranberry juice, chilled
  • 3 cups guava nectar, chilled
  • 2 cups ginger ale, chilled  (for cocktails use chilled Italian Prosecco or champagne )
  • 1-2 lime(s)

In a 2 quart pitcher combine the white cranberry juice, guava nectar, ginger ale and stir. Pour into champagne flutes, garnish rim with a thin slice or wedge of lime and serve immediately.

If you would like to offer your guest a choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic version, but don’t wan’t to make a pitcher of each, combine only the white cranberry juice and guava nectar, fill the glasses 1/2 -2/3 full and top it off with their choice of sparkler.

If not serving immediately, combine only the white cranberry juice and guava nectar, cover and refrigerate.  When you are ready to serve, fill champagne flutes 1/2 to 2/3 full with the juice, then top them off with the ginger ale, champagne or Italian Prosecco.

A time saving tip is to slice the limes into thin slices or wedges, in advance. Place them in a decorative bowl covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. This will make serving quicker, easier and less messy.
